Select Desired Length If booking a Acrylic, Gel-X service etc, please choose your preferred nail length. 3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy (24 Hours)
At Hua Peony Nails, I value your time and mine. Please make any cancellations or reschedules at least 24 hours before your appointment.
🔸 Cancellation within 24 hours:
A 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
🔸 No-Show (missed appointment without notice):
A 30% no-show fee will be charged and must be paid before booking your next appointment.
🔸 Late Arrivals:
If you are running late, please let me know ahead of time so I can adjust my schedule and other appointments as a courtesy. Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, and the cancellation fee may apply.
